We of the Mountain Confederation are always looking to provide our services wherever honor and gold may be found. If you are seeking a band of warriors who's history spreads far, and who's actions even farther then you have come to the right place.

When bidding on a contract for Confed you are agreeing to our only stipulations which are as follows.

1. Pride of Position

2. Field Autonomy

Pride of Position is the concept that we as a special unit have a seat at the table regarding battle strategy and our input is considered as equally valid. Our field commanders and foot soldiers have trained for most of their fighting career in not only combat, but field command as well. We know how to read a field, and as such may notice things that may go unseen. Pride of position also means that if there are any special missions that need doing on the field, then we are considered for these tasks. We do well when sent into a target rich environment, or sent on a bag and tag mission after all.

Field Autonomy is just as it sounds, we retain autonomy on the field of battle. Our field commanders will retain their command over our forces and we will operate on the field in whatever way we see fit to complete the mission. Now that is not to say that we will not accept any outside orders, quite the opposite. When you give us a mission we will se it gets done, only the way we get it done is up to our Commanders. Rather we cannot be pulled away from our mission by anyone other than our contract holder, no matter their status. We have a job to do, and we will see it done in as glorious and effective a fashion as we can. Now if the mission needs to change, just tell us, and we will go about carrying it out in whatever way we deem as the most successful.

If these conditions are acceptable to you, then please feel free to reach out to our Warlords, simply fill out the form you see on the right and we will get back to you swiftly. Deadline for new contract bids are June 13th of every year, a week before our Spring Gather where we discuss the contracts offered. Existing communications may proceed until the meeting, however no new bids are accepted to keep it fair. Typically, a confirmation of us accepting the contract or the news of us accepting a different one is sent out a week afterwards.

Thank you again for considering Confed for all your Wartime needs!
